Veldkamp designed, developed and built this feeder in-house. The electrical cabinet was also designed and built by Veldkamp. After Veldkamp’s software engineer installed the program, the machine was tested extensively and then fine-tuned. The feeder has now been running smoothly in Canada for a long time.
Buckets have to be fed to the printing machine one by one to be printed. This feeder uses a linear servo actuator on a conveyor belt to tilt stacks of buckets. The buckets are then separated one by one, and placed on the mandrel of the printing machine.
